Terms and Conditions
When booking a session / event with CBS Football, you agree to these terms and conditions.
The fee for the session is per individual person and must be paid in advance of the session date. For events, please get in touch to discuss prices.
You will be charged the fee published at the time of booking. Prices are correct at the time of publication and may be subject to increase.
Payment in full must be received and cleared before the start of the session / event. We will let you know about payment options when you book a session / event.
CBS Football reserves the right to refuse to deliver a session / event for any failure by you to pay fees prior to the session / event starting.
CBS Football reserves the right to cancel, postpone or otherwise alter the content or date of a session / event without notice. In such circumstances, we will return any payment received or provide credit for a future session.
In the event of cancellation by you, a full refund will be given if you provides 2 days’ notice of cancellation. If cancelling less than 2 days before the event, you will be liable for the full cost of the session / event and will not be entitled to a refund. If you fail to attend a session / event, you will not be entitled to a refund.
A request to transfer a booking to an alternative date must be made by contacting CBS Football via WhatsApp, telephone or email. We will endeavour to action this when we can.
CBS Football will not be liable for any failure or delay when delivering a session / event which is caused by circumstances beyond our control.
CBS Football asks for details from you to process bookings, including email addresses and names. These are kept securely by us in line with our Privacy Notice available at https://www.cbsfootball.co.uk/privacy.
